Obituary of Margaret Sandusky Margaret “Peggy” Ann Sandusky passed away at home on November 17, 2018. Born on January 26, 1942 in Buffalo, New York a daughter of Howard and Emogene Wilkins. Peggy was a merchandiser for American Greeting. She was instrumental in creating and nurturing the Children’s Memorial Park, where she spent most of her free time. Peggy is survived by her husband of 42 years Edward Sandusky, daughters Aurora Sandusky, Karen (Michael) Schine, grandchildren Matthew Sandusky, Ben (Laura) Brower, Daniel Brower, Angellica Bryan, great grandchildren Arron Sandusky, Katherine Sandusky, Corrinne Brower. Peggy is also survived by her sister, Shirley Large and her niece Christine (Bernie) Howe. Relatives and friends may call on Monday November 19, 2018 in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee St. Lockport from 3-7PM where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 20th at 11 AM. Interment in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Children’s Memorial Park 43 Woodbury Drive, Lockport, NY 14094. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
