LUELLA C. KING Luella C. King, 93, of Piqua, passed away at 12:25 p.m. Monday November 19, 2018 at Heartland of Piqua Nursing Home. She was born December 19, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan to the late James and Josephine (Farley) Johnson. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Jo (Vernie) Cullers of Troy, Jennifer King of Cincinnati, Luann (Frank) Huber of Michigan; a son, Robert (Rita) Wilson of Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Garwyn King, a daughter Cynthia Cunningham, and two brothers. Luella graduated high school before completing her education at a beauty college in Dayton where she became a Beautician having owned Lou’s Clip & Curl Beauty Shop in Piqua for many years. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. She was dedicated as a Foster Parent for many years and enjoyed shopping, traveling and being with all of her grandchildren. A service to honor her life will begin at 11:30 a.m. Saturday November 24, 2018 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Daniel P. Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Catholic Church, 310 S.
