Larry E Eash Sr 2018

Larry E. Eash, Sr., age 65 of Dalton, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. He was born on September 18, 1953 in Massillon and was the son of the late Paul and Wilda (Wade) Eash. Larry drove truck for YRC for many years. He was a longtime member of the Massillon Baptist Temple. He loved his Lord, his family, and Christian music. He had a creative mind and loved to design and build things. Every Christmas season, he would fill a van and take family and friends to look at Christmas lights. Larry also loved to write poetry. He is survived by his wife, Kathie (Steiner) Eash, whom he married on April 12, 1975, three sons, Larry Eash, Jr., Lonnie Eash and his wife Shannon, and Lyle Eash. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Isaac Eash, Joshua Eash, Leah Eash, Noah Eash, Abigail Eash, and Alyssa Eash and his brothers, Paul Eash and his wife Jean and Wayne Eash and his wife Christine. The funeral will take place on Tuesday, December 4th at 11:00 a.m. at the Massillon Baptist Temple with Pastor Cecil Thayer officiating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Monday from 5-8 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Larry’s name to the Massillon Baptist Temple Missions Fund, 1219 Overlook SW, Massillon, OH 44647.
