Gloria Christine “Chris” Osborne Dutton – Age 69, wife of Richard Dutton and retired employee of City of Lewisburg in Marshall County, TN, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. Chris had been battling lung cancer for quite a while. At the time of her passing, she was surrounded by her husband, mother and other members of her immediate family and close friends. Chris was born on March 23, 1949, in Maury County to Mamie Haskin Osborne and Earl Osborne. She was the first of five children. She was “big sister” to four younger brothers. Even though Chris was born in Maury Co. and that is where most of her immediate family still resides, she lived and worked in Marshall County the majority of her life. Chris was married to Richard Dutton. She is survived by her husband Richard; her mother, Mamie Osborne; brothers, Bobby (Pat) Osborne, Larry Osborne, Kenneth Osborne and David Osborne; step-daughter, Michelle Norden; brother-in-law, Mike (Suzanne) Dutton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Osborne and grandparents, Jim and Johnnie Osborne and John and Annie Pearl Haskin. Visitation will be in Lewisburg, TN at London Funeral Home, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN 37091, on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018, at London Funeral Home, at 1:00 p.m. with the burial to follow at Scribner’s Mill Cemetery in Culleoka, TN. In order to fulfill Chris’s lifelong desire, her final resting place will be beside her Dad, Earl Osborne. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Special mention being given to former co-workers and close friends, Kathy Ingram and Darlene London; and Dr. Ruth Lamar and staff at Tennessee Oncology.
