Obituary for Diane Louise Sikut Diane Louise Sikut of Carriere, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the age of 72. Private services will be held by the family. Diane volunteered many hours at the animal rescue center in Fort Myers, Florida, in addition to being an active volunteer at hospitals in Rhode Island, Florida and Mississippi. Diane was a very active member in the community of Sandoval in Florida, playing cards, bingo and welcoming new neighbors. Diane was a breast cancer survivor and would participate in breast cancer walks. Diane loved her animals, Pepper her dog, and Greta and Ms. Kitty, her cats. She worked diligently to assure the animals had loving forever homes prior to her passing. Diane will be missed by all, as a Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and dear friend. She is survived by her sons, John Sikut and Jeffrey Sikut of Carriere, Mississippi and David Sikut of Cedar Grove, Tennessee; her sister, Mary Ann Cunningham of Connecticut; five grandchildren, Tessa, Julia, Elise, David and John Sikut; and one great-grandchild, Teddy Sikut. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Faccinto and Rose Capello Faccinto and her husband, John E. Sikut.
