Denise Bostwick Turner, 60, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018. She was born February 22, 1958 in Elmira, NY to Ruth Bowers Bostwick and the late Richard Larue Bostwick. She was a former NC State Campaign Manager for Easterseals UCP. Surviving: daughter, Chandra Turner (Ruben Gomez) of Spring Hope; mother, Ruth Trokanski of Knightdale; brothers: Daniel Bostwick and Clifton Bostwick both of Knightdale, Mark Bostwick (Laura) of MO; Richard Bostwick, Jr. of Raleigh; grandchildren: Jose Gutierrez, Jr. (Mercedes Poole) of Knightdale, Evanjelina, Gabriela and Angelica Gutierrez, and Jonathan Pearsall all of Spring Hope; great-grandson, Alex Gutierrez; 3 step-daughters; several step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545. The family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
