Obituary for Clayton Shaw Clayton Shaw, 67, of Windsor, Missouri, formerly of Hawk Point, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at his residence. He was born on December 27, 1950 in Washington, Missouri, the son of the late Norman Eugene and Deloris Estella (Miller) Shaw. Clayton was united in marriage to Elizabeth Catherine “Betty K.” Schlote on September 9, 1972 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Millwood, Missouri and this union was blessed with four children. Betty preceded him in death on March 17, 2010. Clayton graduated from the Troy Buchanan High School in 1969. Clayton was a lifelong farmer. His true passion was farming the family farm in Hawk Point and most recently Windsor, Missouri. He started his career as an EMT with the Lincoln County Ambulance District in July of 1985 and retired in December of 2017 after 32 years of dedication. He looked forward to the yearly family get together to make apple butter. Later in life he enjoyed traveling coast to coast and border to border with his best friend, Barb. He took great pride in spoiling his grandchildren and his gentle smile will be deeply missed. Clayton is survived by his two sons: Michael Shaw and wife Carla of Windsor, MO and Brian Shaw and wife Sarah of Linn Creek, MO; two daughters: Jennifer Schneider and husband Jeff of Warrenton, MO and Jessica Claborn and husband Shannon of Silex, MO; best friend, Barbara Creech of Troy, MO; two brothers: Calvin Shaw and Vicki of Troy, MO and Kenny Shaw and wife Sandy of Hawk Point, MO; one sister, Marilyn Schlueter and husband Les of Hawk Point, MO; bonus children: Dena Seibert and husband Randy of Troy, MO and Becky Noto of Wentzville, MO; nine grandchildren: Ebanie, Mitchel, Bailey, Ava Catherine, Brady, McKenna, Shay, Ava Grace and Alice; bonus grandchildren: Riley, Delaney, Max and Drew; nieces, nephews, cousins and his adopted family at the Lincoln County Ambulance District. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one infant brother, Ernest Earl and one niece, Amanda Shaw. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at KEMPER-MILLARD-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 41 Farm Lane Hawk Point, MO 63349. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Hawk Point Baptist Church located at 220 Main Street Hawk Point, MO 63349. Interment will be held at the Hawk Point City Cemetery.
