Virginia Lackey Frazier, 96, of 1942 Kivett Council Rd., Liberty, died Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Universal Health Care in Ramseur. Memorial Services, 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur. Burial, Grays Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Virginia was a native of Randolph County, a member of Liberty Friendly Wesleyan Church, a farmer, and retired employee of John Plant. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Emery Frazier, son, James Donald Frazier, and parents, Dolph and Ada Langley Lackey. Survivors: son, Phillip Ray Frazier and wife Marjolin, of Pleasant Garden, grandchildren, Carmen Pippin and husband Bob, of Staley, Kevin Frazier and Corry, of Swansboro, great-grandchildren, Lee, Joey, and Sara Pippin, Grace, Maddie, and Emma Frazier. Visitation, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 6, 2018, at the Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur. Condolences may be made online at www.loflinfuneralservice.com.
