Obituary of Toni Parsons Toni Leigh Casselman Parsons, 16, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at her home. Born on May 16, 2002, in Georgetown, she was a daughter of Carolyn Theresa Howard Parsons and Jodie Josiah Parsons. Toni was a member of Sampit United Methodist Church and was rising junior at Andrews High School where she was a member of the NJROTC. With her artistic and creative style, Toni enjoyed doing crafts, singing, writing and reading. She also enjoyed riding four wheelers and archery. Survivors include her parents of Andrews; fiancé, Austin Gregory Michael Osburn of Andrews; maternal grandparents, Vergie Pope of Andrews and Jimmy Howard (Carol) of Georgetown; one sister, Brandie Lee Parsons (James E. Cribb) of Andrews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Brandon Mitchell Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Sampit United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. A reception will be held from 12 Noon – 1 PM Saturday in the Fellowship Hall at Sampit United Methodist Church.
