Obituary of Susan Morgan Susan D. Morgan, daughter of the late Florence and Albert Durkee, passed away at home on September 28, 2018. She was born on August 2, 1941 in Cortland, New York and resided in Homer her whole life. Susie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Michael Morgan and her four children, Bill Morgan, Michelle Connolly, Stacey (David) Magin and Betsey (Aaron) Schuhle. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and great-grandchild; sisters Jane (Carl) Edlund and Martha (Dick) Weinthaler; sisters-in-law Patty Durkee, Flossie Durkee, Margarite Durkee, Maureen Morgan and Linda Morgan; brothers-in-law Pete Bowker and Matt Morgan; special friends Liz and Chuck Moore; and a number of other loving relatives and close friends. Susie was predeceased by her brothers Bill, Tom, Bob, Jim and John Durkee; sister Margaret Bowker; daughter-in-law Maureen Morgan; sisters-in-law Ester Durkee, Margaret Perfetti, and brother-in-law David Perfetti. Calling hours and a funeral mass will be held at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church, 14 Copeland Avenue, Homer, NY. Calling hours are scheduled 4-7pm on Friday, October 5 and the funeral mass 11am on Saturday, October 6.
