OBITUARY Sumner B. Lewis Jr. March 8, 1944 – October 24, 2018 Sumner B. Lewis, Jr., son of the late Sumner B. Lewis, Sr. and Helen (Smith) Lewis, died Wednesday, October 24, 2018 after a long illness. Born March 8, 1944 in Waynesboro, PA, he moved to Hartford at a young age. He enjoyed the city and worked in transportation most of his life as a delivery man, taxi driver and CT Transit bus driver. He loved people and he loved life, but most of all he loved the pets-dogs, cats, birds-any and all of them. He is survived by his sister, Laurie Ann; his brother, Rick; his four sons, Sumner, III, Mike, Rick and Charles and his granddaughters, Rose and Shelby. He loves you all.
