Mr. Scott E. Herr, 57, Adamstown, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the residence of his brother, while being cared for after a long illness. Scott was employed by the Lancaster County Housing Authority where he worked as an inspector. At Scott’s request, no public services are scheduled.
