Obituary of Ronald Hughes Owensburg-Ronald Dale Junior Hughes, 24, of Owensburg died at 7:00 am on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the IU Health Hospice House. Born January 11, 1994 in Lawrence County he was the son of Ronnie and Lisa (Frazier) Hughes. Survivors include his parents, Ronnie and Lisa Hughes of Owensburg; one sister, Kayla Leone and her husband James of Bloomfield; one brother, Andrew Frazier of Owensburg; a nephew Ryker Leone, who he loved dearly; his companion, Lee Riley of Owensburg; maternal grandmother, Mary Hughes of Owensburg. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Phyllis Frazier, his paternal grandfather, Ronald Hughes. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Craig Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashcraft Cemetery in Owensburg. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018. The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the family to help with his expenses. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
