Robert W. Smogonovich, 65, of Steubenville died Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Trinity West. He was born March 7, 1953 in Steubenville. He is the son of Elizabeth Walker Smogonovich of Steubenville and the late Robert Smogonovich. Robert was retired from the Nestle/Purina Plant in Weirton. He was a graduate of Steubenville High School class of 1971. He was a member of Mingo Sportsman Club and loved fishing. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife Diane Hribar Smogonovich, whom he married March 17, 1984; two sons John Smogonovich of Steubenville and Ryan (Kylie) Smogonovich of Toronto; two sisters Cheri Smogonovich of Steubenville and Terri Fithen of Mingo Jct.; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 11 am until time of services at 1:30 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will follow in Mt.
