Robert W. Brewer Sr., 78, a lifetime resident of East Liverpool, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at his home. Born, March 15, 1940, in East Liverpool, he is a son of the late Orville and Margaret Kern Brewer. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Orville Jr., Frank, and Larry Brewer and by his sisters, Patricia Gorby, Delores Champion and Beatrice Smith. Bob worked for many years as a laborer and was a member of the Local Laborers’ Union #809. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #122, The Oriels and Potters Club. Bob loved playing cards, playing Euchre and watching the Raider’s play. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by his wife of 57 years, Linda K. Lillie Brewer; he will also be missed by his sons, Robert W. Brewer Jr. and his companion Rebecca of Wellsville, Arnold Brewer and his companion Kathy of East Liverpool.; Dawn Wright and her husband Eugene of New Brighton PA. and Margaret Watson and her husband Scott of East Liverpool; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pastor Thomas Schneidmiller will celebrate Bob’s life Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, at 4:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family prior to the service from noon-4:00 PM.
