Obituary for Robert Allen Ballinger Robert Allen Ballinger, 83, of Anderson, met his Savior on October 4, 2018. Robert was born in Elwood on February 3, 1935, the son of Clarence and Nellie (Noe) Ballinger. He was preceded in death by his parents, and four siblings, and survived by his sister, Nora Kinder. He was a loving husband, dad, and grandpa, and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Robert was a veteran of the US Navy, and a member of Madison Park Church of God. He worked at Public Service Indiana and Duke Energy and retired after 36 years. Robert is survived by his wife, C. Jeanne (Fiscus) Ballinger; children, Randy Ballinger, Cynthia (Dale) Landreth, and Jim (Tracy) Ballinger; grandchildren, Dacia (Kelley) McCoy, Christa (AJ) Taylor, Tyler Stokoe, Ashton (Paul) David, Nathan (Bailey) Ballinger, Benjamin Landreth, and Claire Landreth; great-grandchildren, Elliana, Hudson, and Lila Taylor, Tatyana Stokoe, and Caroline McCoy; and many nieces and nephews. The family suggests that memorials be made to Madison Park Church Worship Arts. The also wishes to give special thanks to St. Vincent’s Hospice for the loving care from Terri and Edwina, and to Donna from Help at Home.
