Richard Brent Murray, age 70, passed away on October 14, 2018 in Tooele surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 7, 1948 in Tooele to Melba Alldridge and John Maurice Murray. Married Cindy Gibson on November 23, 1969. They later separated in 2010. Richard lived most of his life in Grantsville. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, golfing and especially being around his friends and family. He joined the US Navy in 1967 and served a tour in Vietnam. He retired from Dugway Proving Grounds where he worked as a crane operator. Survived by his sons: Shane (Cari), Brandon (Rebecca) and daughter Darlene. 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. Brothers: Johnny, Howard (Pam). Sister: Deanna. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and a couple of close friends. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Wayne, Kenneth and Ronald. Brother-in-Law: Jared. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 27 at 11 AM in the Grantsville City Cemetery with full Military Honors by the US Navy. favorite_border Donations Pledges
