Patricia Bell Duke, 62, passed away on October 19, 2018, in Memphis, Tennessee. She leaves her husband, John Charles Duke; and 3 brothers, Danny Carter (Linda), Ronnie Carter (Glenda) and Rodney Carter (Ann). She was preceded in death by her parents,Frank and Willie Carter; a sister, Sherry Gurley; and a brother, Tony Carter.
