Obituary of Mary Benyo BENYO, Mary age 102 of Big Flats, NY. She was born October 4, 1916 in Phillipsburg, NJ, daughter of the late John and Eva (Obuhanych) Misnick and passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at Bethany Manor. She was predeceased by her husband John Benyo; 5 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Patricia and Jack Cramer; son and daughter-in-law Richard Benyo and Janet Stradley; grandchildren Brett (Karen) Benyo, Karen (Nick) Chojnacki, Meegan (Joe) Murray and Amy Cramer (Raj Ghoshal); great grandchildren Olivia, Max, Owen, Asher, Cypress, Luke, Lily and Levi; brothers and sisters-in-law George and Kay Misnick, William and Gloria Misnick. Mrs. Benyo was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Christian Church. Family and friends are invited to visit Holy Trinity Orthodox Christian Church, 140 Horseheads Blvd., Elmira Heights on Wednesday, October 10th from 5 to 7 p with Panykhyda at 7 pm. Her funeral service will be held there on Thursday, October 11th at 10 am. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Holy Trinity Orthodox Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Mary through donations to Holy Trinity Orthodox Christian Church, 140 Horseheads Blvd., Elmira Heights, NY 14903
