Marilyn Ruth Bushman Ryser October 20 2018

Marilyn Ruth Ryser Passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Mrs. Ryser was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was a graduate of Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She taught piano for many years and was a volunteer docent at the Pabst Mansion in Milwaukee. Mrs. Ryser had a passion for the arts and she carried herself with grace and dignity throughout her life. She was also very active at her church, Trinity Presbyterian Church, in “The Circle” group and by being a deacon in the church community. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Frederick H, Ryser, her dear mother Rita Waldvogel Kiltz and her cherished brother Patrick O’Hare. Mrs. Ryser is survived by her beloved son, Dr. Elliot T. Ryser, and by the many friends she made throughout her active life. (TENATIVE SERVICES: PLEASE CHECK THIS WEBSITE ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 21, 2018 AFTER 3:00PM FOR THE FINALIZED INFORMATION) Visitation with be held for Mrs. Ryser on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am, all at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel, 2405 West Forest Home Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53215. Entombment next to her husband Fred will take place immediately after the service. IN lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to be made to the Pabst Mansion (www.pasbstmansion.com).
