Obituary for Louise Toney (Asaff) Toney, Louise (Asaff), Oct. 20, 2018, of Auburndale MA, more recently, of Framingham, MA. Wife of the late Harold F. Toney, mother of Allyson Toney of Osterville, MA, Byron Toney of Franklin, MA, Leslie Burke of Dover, MA, and Rick Toney of Sherborn, MA. Louise leaves behind 8 grandchildren, Chris Toney of Holliston, MA, Sean Toney of Milford, MA, Caroline Toney of Brighton, MA, Connaught, Garrett & Audrey Burke of Dover, MA, Harry & Ava Toney of Sherborn, MA. Louise also had a great grandchild, 1-year old Julian Toney, of Holliston, MA. Louise’s first & deepest calling was pediatric nursing at Children’s Hospital of Boston. She then went on to work with her family engineering business before joining the staff at The Country Club in Brookline, MA. In this role, she was deeply involved in and wildly enthusiastic about the club’s tennis programs. Louise and Harold Toney derived enormous joy from their children and grand children. Until the last several years, they remained active in all of their lives west of Boston and on Cape Cod. A service will be held for Louise on Saturday Oct. 27 at 2:00 at the United Parish of Auburndale, 64 Hancock St. Auburndale, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations to Children’s Hospital of Boston are most appreciated.
