Joyce M. (Smith) Jobin, age 60, of Hudson, NH died Friday in the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA after a 3 year battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved wife of William T. Jobin, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage. Born in Stoneham and raised in Medford, MA, she was the daughter of Mildred T. (Burgoyne) Smith of Hudson, and the late Charles H. Smith. She had lived in Hudson for the greater part of her life. Joyce received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rivier University in 1980. She had worked as a bank manager for TD Bank and Bank of America for the past 40 years. She was a longtime member of the Rotary Club of Londonderry and Merrimack. Joyce loved to cook and also enjoyed knitting and traveling. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandsons. In addition to her husband and mother, she also leaves her three children; Brian Jobin and his girlfriend Mikaela Jordan, Ashley Bailey and her husband Patrick, and Meagan Jobin; and her two grandsons; Benjamin and Joshua Bailey. She was the sister of Michael Smith, the late David Smith and his wife Aline, Stephen Smith and his wife Mary, Peter Smith and his wife Deanna, and Donald Smith and his wife Susan; and the daughter-in-law of Lillian Jobin and the late Robert Jobin. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8PM in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry St., Hudson, NH Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10AM in St. Kathryn’s Church, 4 Dracut Rd, Hudson, NH.
