Josephine M. Kurzeja, of Barrington Hills, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at the age of 96. She was born January 14, 1922 in Chicago, the daughter of Samuel and Mary (nee Aiello) Bovelli. Josephine is survived by her son, Wayne (Dr. Lou) Kurzeja; her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; and sons, Ronald and Gary Kurzeja. Interment will be held privately. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine’s memory to the Depanneur Foundation for Animal Protection, PO Box 65, Barrington, IL 60011.
