Obituary of John Huey Jr. John Albert Huey Jr., age 90 of Southampton , New York , died at home on Tuesday the 23rd of October 2018 of natural causes. My. Huey was born in Philadelphia , PA on June 27, 1928. His mother Helen of Darby , Ireland and father John Huey Sr. Mr. Huey was a devoted veteran of the United States Navy. He served for 23 years, receiving an honorable discharge and medals of good conduct. A devout protestant and long term member of the Southampton Elk Club. Mr. Huey is survived by his wife Joan, his son John Jr. III, daughter Joan, and his beloved side kick Hunter, an 8 year old Maltese. He was grandfather to four children at the time of his passing.
