John Timothy Gray “Tim”, 78, of Jeannette passed away on Monday October 1,2018. He was born August 23, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio a son of the late Loretta and George Gray. He is survived by his loving wife Linda L. (Bailey) Gray; four children Dave Gray of Niagara Falls, NY, Shannon Gray of Atlanta GA, Tracy Roddy and Barry of Greensburg and Fred Williams and Jennifer of Latrobe. Four grandchildren Rachel (Tommy), Taylor, Cameron, and Alexis; three great grandchildren Declan, Laney, and Hadlee. Tim served his country proudly as a Marine Veteran. He truly appreciated the simple things in life, such as Frank Sinatra, old movies and watching golf. Tim enjoyed adventuring with his wife who will always be his best friend. Some of their favorite memories were shared at the Bovard Fireman’s Club where they both belonged and with their loving pets in the comfort of their home. Tim was also a proud grandfather who never missed any of his grandchildrens events and was sure to be seen in the front row. He was a dedicated employee who departed after 30 years of service at Kmart. He also spent several years working at the state store before retirement.
