Obituary for Jerome Becker Jerome Becker, age 71, passed away on Sunday September 30th, 2018. He was born on June 4th, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI, to Jerome and Bernice Becker. He graduated High School in 1965, then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College. He was employed at Butters Fetting, and retired from Steam Fitters 601. He was a member of St. Peter’s Church. He was once the chairman of the town of Richfield, as well as a member of the Germantown school board. He enjoyed USAC Late Model Racing, Fireworks from Pyrotechnics Guild International, spending time at Tuttle Lake with his family and his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Mary Alice (Karius) Becker, son Anthony “AJ” Becker (Tracy), grandchildren Addison and Dayton Becker, and canine companion Annie. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother William. A Memorial Service for Jerome will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 4th, at St. Peter’s Church (200 E. Washington Street, Slinger WI). Visitation will be at the church from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM on Thursday. A burial will take place at St. Peters Cemetery. Memorials in Jerome’s memory are appreciated to Washington County Humane Society and St. Peter’s Building Fund. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Community Memorial Hospital and the Pavilion at Glacier Hills for their care shown to Jerome.
