Obituary for Jeffrey Scott Strohl Jeffery Scott Strohl died in his home in Willis, Texas on September 12, 2018. Scott was born on August 26, 1949 in Pennsylvania. He received a BA degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1969, and a MBA degree from the University of Houston in 1985. Scott was a partner in the shipping firm Cardinal Points Shipping, and retired in 1989 to move to Florida to care for his parents. He returned to the Houston area in 1995.
