Jean L Pisle Dugan 2018

Jean L. Dugan passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the age of 90 at Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, PA. Jean was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen Pisle of Steelton, PA. Jean was employed by the Commonwealth of PA until she retired to raise her family. Jean was an avid Penn State fan and braved some very wet and cold games at Beaver Stadium. Jean enjoyed vacationing with her friends and family every summer in Wildwood New Jersey where she would eagerly await the buses to take her off to Atlantic City where she loved to challenge the slot machines. We believe she was ahead. Jean gave a great deal of her time helping her friends in their time of sickness, often taking them to their doctor appointments, visiting them at home when ill and in nursing facilities. Jean will be missed by all. Jean is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold M. Dugan, her daughter Jean Laudig and her husband Barry, her daughter Paula Schmidt and her husband Gerald, her grandson Paul Schmidt and his wife Jenny and great grandson Conrad Schmidt, her granddaughter Rachel Schmidt and her sister Nancy Vujasin. Jean will be laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 30th, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 2430 S. 3rd Street, Steelton, PA 17113 with her Pastor Steven Cowfer officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church or to Kindred Hospice, 4660 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Jean L Pisle Dugan 2018.
