James Thomas ‘Tom’ Austin, 76, of Bowling Green passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab after a brief illness. The Bowling Green native was born to the late Harry F. and JoAnn (Hudson) Austin. Tom was a proud and active member of the Bowling Green Masonic Lodge #73 F. & A.M.. Survivors include his brother, Bob Austin and his wife Wanda of Bowling Green; nephew, Bob Austin, Jr. and wife Lynn; niece, Alisa Justice and husband Beecher Smith; and great-nephews, Scott Justice, Nick, Jeff, and Greg Austin. Cremation was chosen with a private service at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel.
