James Larry Dees November 7 1942 October 27 2018 (age 75)

Collins, Mr. James Larry Dees, age 75, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Community Hospice House in Vidalia. He was born in Collins on November 7, 1942 to Arnold and Lottie Anderson Dees. He had lived most of his life in Lyons and Collins most of his life. He was a long haul truck driver for over 50 years. Mr. Larry loved to go fishing in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Sybil Barnard, Dean Boyett, and Robert Dees. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Martha Dees of Collins; children, Sheri (Terry) Cutter of Saucier, Miss, Teresa Edney of Satellite Beach, FL, Tony Pittman of Live Oak, FL, Marty (Melinda) Pittman of Uvalda, Kim (Glen) Chatham of Biloxi, Miss, and Sean Pittman of Lyons; brothers, Reginald (Mildred) Dees and Jack Dees all of Collins; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Dees family.
