James Franklin Logan, 69 James Franklin Logan, 69 of Stout went to be with his beloved Savior surrounded by his family on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1949 in Garrison, Kentucky to the late James Alfred Logan and Wilda Jean Stamper Logan. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a daughter Jamie Lynn Logan, and a brother Gary Richard Logan. James was a carpenter out of the Carpenters Local 437 and a member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Beverly Sue Logan whom he married August 28, 1976, a cousin who was loved like a brother Casey Harding Stamper and his daughter, Shanna Hagler, a daughter, Sharma Ann Logan, adopted son; Jimmy Ray Sperry (Cindy Windsor), a granddaughter, Brittany Ann Logan (Michael Rohrbaugh), 2 great grandchildren; Cayden James Logan, Sabastian Samuel Rohrbaugh, and a step great grandchild, Remington Hayze Rohrbaugh along with many other beloved family members and friends. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Wednesday October 17, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Craddock Frye officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery.
