JAMES A. SPIES James Albert Spies, 86, of Strasburg, Missouri, was born, April 20, 1932, in Hays, Kansas, the son of Jacob J. and Anna C. (Brungardt) Spies. He departed this life, Friday, October 19, 2018, at his home. Funeral services are pending. Service times and a complete obituary will be published here when that information becomes available. Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Paola, Kansas. Memorial contributions are suggested to Little Sisters of the Poor and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
