OBITUARY Hilary A. Lanfair January 18, 1990 – September 28, 2018 Hilary Alexis Lanfair, age 28, of Norwich, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 28, 2018. Hilary was born in Norwich, NY. She graduated from Unadilla Valley High School in New Berlin, NY in 2008. She was a mother to her precious son, Landon James Lanfair, age 6. Hilary had a passion for the arts. She was an avid music lover, loved to sing, and did theatre in school. Some of her fondest memories were spent with family including her beloved grandmother, Shirley Lanfair, and grandfather, Glenn Lanfair. She is survived by her father, James Lanfair, and step-mother, Deb Lanfair, her mother, Marsha Lanfair and significant other, Vern Law, brother, Tristan Lanfair, brother, Paul Curtis, brother, Louis Wilber, sister, Val Wilcox and her spouse, Eric Wilcox, grandfather, Glenn Lanfair, grandfather, Edwin Allen, grandmother, Edna Allen, many aunts and uncles, several cousins and a niece and a nephew. A funeral service for Hilary will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday October 3, at R.J. Fahy Funeral Home 116 N. Broad St. Norwich with Pastor Grant Smith officiating. A private burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 pm until the time of service.
