Obituary for Helen Pheifer (Noteboom) Helen Mavis Pheifer, 79, of Platte, SD passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Platte Care Center Avera. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Mount Funeral Home in Platte with a 7:00 P.M. Prayer Service. A Committal Service will take place at 1:30 P.M. Friday, November 2, 2018 at Platte City Cemetery. Funeral Services are 2:30 P.M. Friday at the Platte Christian Reformed Church.
