Obituary for Gloria Jean Berube St. Johnsbury – Gloria Jean Berube, 73, passed away October 16, 2018, NVRH. Gloria was born January 8, 1945 in St. Johnsbury VT the daughter of Roland and Dorothy (Daniell) Berube. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her partner Paul Comparone Sr., two sisters Cecile Meteiver and Tonya Berube and her brother Albert Berube, her son Roland O’Dell and daughter Tammy Maurice. Gloria worked many jobs and many years at Fairbanks Scales in St. Johnsbury where she retired from. Gloria loved gardening, yard sales, Yahtzee, cookouts, bonfires and spending time with her family that she loved very much. She is survived by her brother Rolland (Dunie) Berube and wife Stephanie of Danville VT, her son David O’Dell and wife Maryann O’Dell of St. Johnsbury VT; grandchildren: Joshua O’Dell, Rachel O’Dell and fiancé Bryan Haldeman, Michael O’Dell, Jeremy O’Dell, Christopher O’Dell, Shannan Okechukwu and husband Ike, great grandchildren: Ivie Carle, Charlie Smith, and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly and her best friend Joan Paro.
