Francisco Vega Saucedo, nació el 29 de febrero de 1940 en México de Elias Vega y Eliverta Saucedo. Falleció el domingo 21 de octubre de 2018 en Dallas, Texas. Le sobreviven sus hijos Hermenegildo, Avel, Margarito Vega, hijas Maricela y Guadalupe Vega, 19 nietos, 21 bisnietos, hermano Juan Vega y hermanas Flora, Lusia, Lola y Moises Vega. Francisco era un agricultor en su natal México principalmente criando maíz. Vino a los Estados Unidos en 2005 para estar más cerca de su amada familia.
