OBITUARY Frances Jenny Carroll August 19, 1922 – September 30, 2018 Frances Jenny Carroll, 96, passed into eternal rest on Sunday, September 30, 2018 in Porter, Texas. She was born August 19, 1922 in Culver, Kansas to parents Frank Huiett and Laura Bell (Mason) Huiett. Left to cherish her memories are: daughters, Elizabeth and husband Robert Rhodes, Jennie and husband Bill Hackworth, Cheryl Carroll; grandchildren: Rocky Rhodes, Amanda and husband Justin Lawson, Alex and wife Jylann Hackworth, Shawn and wife Taryn Hackworth, Justine and husband Logan Scherb; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Caleb, Catherine, Kaitlyn, Sadie, Skyler, Riley Kate, & Hudson; and brother, Tom Huiett and numerous family and friends. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence M. Carroll; son, Lawrence M. Carroll, Jr. and daughter Nancy Louise Carroll. Family will receive friends for services at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home on Saturday, October 6, 2018. The funeral will begin at 12:30 P.M. with the interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
