Obituary for Edgar Wright Edgar R. Wright, age 89, of Brownsville, PA passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018. He was born on April 2, 1929 in Library, PA Son of the late James and Susie Wright Edgar was a member of The Mount Lebanon Baptist Church of Brownsville and a member of the Senior Choir. He served in The United States Marine Corps. and also served in The Army Reserves. He was a founding member of The Brownsville Ambulance Inc. and retired from there as a Dispatcher. Edgar was preceded in death by his wife: Marian D. (Smith) Wright 4 sisters and 2 brothers. He is survived by his 3 step-children: Clarice Smith, who was also his caregiver – Brownsville, PA Jerome Smith – Brownsville, PA Salvin Wallace – MD 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren Sister: Susie Wright – York, PA Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in The Mount Lebanon Baptist Church 401 Baltimore Street Brownsville, PA on Wednesday, October 3rd from 11:00AM until 1:00PM at which time a Funeral Service will be held with Pastor Douglas Wright officiating.
