Obituary for Donald C. Parslow Donald C. Parslow, age 85 a resident of Lake Pleasant died Tuesday October 9, 2018 at the Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. He was born on September 27, 1933 in Lake Pleasant, NY. The son of the late Chancy T. and Phoebe O. Lawrence Parslow. He served in the Army from 1954 and was Honorably Discharged in 1961.H He married Margaret Roberts Parslow on Sept. 14, 1958. He worked in his later years for William Parslow Plumbing before retiring. He was a member of the Lake Pleasant Methodist Church. He was a former pilot and loved to fly. Survivors include: His daughter Deborah and son-in-law Leo Desrochers; his sons, David and husband Dr. Richard Bagby and Richard Parslow, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Gordon Parslow and wife Barbara. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Margaret and sister and brother in law Dorothy and Gordon Weaver. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Friday October 26, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Airdville Cemetery, Lake Pleasant. Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 108 Steele Ave., Gloversville, NY 12078. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Northville Funeral Home.
