Obituary for Ms. Colleen Elizabeth Geraghty It is with great sadness that the family of Colleen Elizabeth Geraghty announces her sudden passing on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the age of 37 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Colleen was born on October 3, 1980. She was a longtime resident of Monroe, New York and Port Jervis, New York. Colleen attended Monroe-Woodbury High School, Orange County Community College, and served in the Army National Guard. Colleen is survived by her three loving children: Kiera Geraghty , Malakai Henry-Geraghty and Natalia Geraghty, her siblings: Robert Geraghty and his wife Amy Sandler of Port Jervis, New York, William Geraghty and his wife Raven of Valley Cottage, New York, and Kelly White and her husband Christopher of Pine Bush, New York, her father John Geraghty and his wife Maureen Geraghty of Haverstraw, New York, and her beloved nephew and nieces: Zachary Geraghty, Mia Geraghty, and Philomena White. Colleen is predeceased by her mother, Patricia Geraghty of Monroe, New York. For those who knew Colleen, knew she was was a fighter. She battled with depression and addiction for years and wanted nothing more than to recover and be reunited with her children and family. Her family appreciates those who supported her along her journey and want to remind those who are still sick and suffering to never stop fighting and never lose faith. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Morse Funeral Home, 33 Railroad Avenue, Middletown, New York.
