OBITUARY Cecil R Morgan Jr. June 6, 1943 – October 25, 2018 Cecil R. Morgan Jr. was born June 6, 1943. He was born to the late Cecil R. Morgan Sr. and Doris V. Morgan in Louisville, KY. Cecil was a musician in a band, the Monarchs and Jill Jeffries and the Southern Breeze, he was also a Vietnam Veteran, and retired from LG&E. Cecil Morgan Jr. was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Steven Spratt. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Tanna Spratt (Tim); brother, John Morgan; sister, Nancy Orman, Lewisburg, TN. A visitation and service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 11-2 with the graveside service taking place at 2 with a burial to follow. All service will be held at Arch L.
