Bobby John Stricklen, 78, of Looxahoma, MS passed away September 29, 2018 at North Delta Hospice in Southaven, MS. He was owner/partner of B & J Construction Company. He was also a Deacon at Looxahoma Baptist Church for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Stricklen of Looxahoma, MS; daughters, Pam Collier (Jack) of Harmontown, MS and Susan Goodwin of Looxahoma, MS; sons, Bobby Norman Stricklen (Heather) of Horn Lake, MS and Johnny Stricklen (Renae) of Looxahoma, MS; stepdaughters, Jane Dixon (Garvis) of Florence, AL, Vickie Brown (Lanny, Jr.) of Savannah, TN, Ruth Young of Olive Branch, MS, Lorna West of Jackson, TN, Lisa Cotton of Fort Wayne, IN, and Tracy Young of Pocahontas, TN; stepson, Russell Young (Carolyn) of Memphis, TN; sister, Norma Hoover (Howard) of Corpus Christi, TX; brothers, Floyd Stricklen (Wanda) of Murfreesboro, TN and David Stricklen (Lynn) of Oakland, TN; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Mary Stricklen. Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association or Looxahoma Baptist Church.
