OBITUARY Audrey Mae Brown June 22, 1923 – October 12, 2018 Audrey Mae Brown, 95, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, died peacefully on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018. Audrey loved attending her church and had a strong passion for her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. She loved hunting and fishing in her early life and was an active member of the Polka Dots Mardi Gras Society for over 40 years, the Order of Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile and loved working with the Shriners. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Effie and Fred Henderson, Sr,; brother, Fred Henderson, Jr.; son, and daughter in law, Leo and Rose Mary Waters; a granddaughter, Belinda Neimi and a grandson, Carlos Waters. She leaves to cherish her sisters, Edna (Dean) Averett and Ethel Jackson; her grandchildren, Fredrick Waters , Diane Hall and Tammy Sparks, also, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other friends and relatives. The family wishes to thank Kitty Burgeand and Fredrick Waters for graciously care for her. Audrey live life to the fullest and had such unconditional love for all. She said near her end “Tell them I love them.” Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. service time at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
