Obituary for Anthony Sombric Jr. Anthony Stanley Sombric, Jr., 77, of Manchester, beloved husband of the late Abbie Wilma (Stancliff) Sombric passed away Monday, October 15, 2018. He was born September 21, 1941 in Claremont, NH, the son of the late Anthony Stanley Sombric, Sr. and Pearl Ellen (Hathaway) Sombric. He served in the United States Army for 16 years and was a Vietnam War veteran. He loved traveling, camping, boating and fishing. He is survived by his children, Stanley Sombric of Rocky Hill, Toni Ellen Rebello of Cookville, TN, and Janet Duncan and her husband Rob of Clarkrange, TN; his sister, April Butcher of Manchester; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Allen. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 10 to 11 AM on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St. Rockville, CT with a funeral home service following at 11 AM.
