Obituary for Anthony Joel “Tee-Tone” Talbert Anthony “Tee-Tone” Joel Talbert 10/07/1960-09/23/2018 Born in Canton, Oh 10/07/1960 to Amon “Amos” and Shirley A. Talbert. He accepted Christ at a young age at Mt Calvary 2nd Baptist Church. He graduated from Timken Senior High in 1978. He attended Eastern Illinois University and was a member of the United States Navy. He was employed by Orange County Schools. He is preceded in death by his father Amon “Amos” Talbert, Sr, Grandparents Haskell and Dora Talbert, William and Lorean Baity and nephew Elliott Haskell Talbert. He is survived by his loving mother Mrs Shirley A. Talbert of Canton, Oh, son Stefan (Lashanda) E. Talbert, Sr of Los Angeles, CA, daughter, Stephanie Danielle Talbert of Canada, 2 grandchildren Stefan E. Talbert, Jr and Royalty Essence Sherell Talbert of Los Angeles Ca, 2 brothers Jerry (Helen) Knighton, Sr of Hilton Head, SC, and Amon Talbert, Jr of Columbus, Oh, 5 sisters Jacqueline K, Cheryl D., Lisa A. (Mark), Maria L. and Stephanie E. Talbert all of Canton, Ohio and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Tony loved watching The Ohio State University, Cleveland Cavs and Browns so he could text me throughout the whole game talking smack about how he used to do it back in the day! While the game was on he would start by texting, if I didn’t respond he would call, if I didn’t answer he would then leave voicemails and laugh the whole time he was leaving a message and end it with I Love You.
