He was born to Delbert “Debo” and Kathleen “Kathy” Bilbrey on April 9, 1986 in Midland. He is survived by his daughter, Zoe Bilbrey; parents; siblings, Michael Bilbrey and Jennifer Bilbrey; maternal grandmother, Doris Donegan. Viewing will be held Friday, August 24, 2018 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Family will receive visitors from 6-8 at American Heritage Funeral Home.
