Obituary for Wilson Purvis Mr. Wilson V. Purvis, age 73, passed away Monday, August 20, 2018. There will be no public visitation. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00PM at Bishop Family Cemetery in Morton, MS. Officiating will be Bro. Jerry Hamilton. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements. He was a lifelong resident of Pelahatchie, MS and he was a Methodist by faith. He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Inez Purvis and his brother Eugene Purvis. He is survived by two brothers, David Henry Purvis of Pearl, MS; Jerry Purvis of Brandon, MS; his sister, Joann Phillips of Polkville, MS; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
