Obituary for William Thomas Galloway William Thomas Galloway, 74, of Axton, Virginia, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Martinsville Health and Rehab. He was born November 21, 1944, in Henry County, to the late Oliver and Mary Norman Galloway. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Charles Edward Galloway, James Arthur Galloway, and James Arthur Witcher. Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife, Viola Peatross Galloway; daughters, Felicia Galloway, Kimberly Galloway, Melissa Parker (James), and Barbara Lowe Jones; son, Marcus Hairston (Chrishelle); sister Lelie Lieteau; eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be Friday, August 3, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
