Vivian Farrow McKinney, 54, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at her home in Barnwell, SC. Vivian was born in Dover, Delaware on December 18, 1963. She was the daughter of the late Charles J. and Bessie Peterson Farrow. She was a teacher’s assistant with the special needs group in Barnwell, SC The family will have a private service.
