Troy Wayne Kestner, Sr., age 76, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Grace Healthcare Center. He was born March 15, 1942, to the late Clarence Banner Kestner and Clara Mae Tate Kestner. Troy retired from Bristol Compressors after 27 years of service. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in Knollkreg Memorial Park with Pastor Mark Boardwine officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff Kestner, Jr., Sean Kestner, Mason McGinnis, Chris Rowe, Kenny Rowe, and Mike Rowe. Visitation will be prior to the graveside service Wednesday from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
